Delivery fees depend on your location within the city and will be calculated or communicated before dispatch.

5.Delivery Coordination

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive the dispatch rider's contact information to help coordinate delivery.

Please ensure that your phone number is reachable during the delivery period.

6.Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

7. Missed Deliveries

If the dispatch is unable to complete delivery due to the customer being unavailable, a redelivery fee may apply.
